By Gregory Yanker, City of Chadron Manager
The City of Chadron continues to monitor various governmental agencies to include Nebraska State Government Governor’s office https://governor.nebraska.gov/press-releases, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) http://dhhs.ne.gov/Pages/default.aspx, and Panhandle Public Health District (PPHD) http://www.pphd.org/.
On March 30th, the Governor’s Office issued a Directed Health Measure (DHM) that now prohibits gatherings of larger than 10 people, restaurants and bars are required to close their dining areas and go to take out, curb side pickup, or delivery. The full provisions of the state wide DHM and other press releases from the Governor’s office can be found at web address above.
