Unified Command confirms one new case for COVID-19 in Cheyenne County, a male in his 30s, is a close contact of a previously positive case. The investigation is complete.
Unified Command also confirms the cases announced on May 1 of two Scotts Bluff County residents, a female in her 50s and a male in his teens, have been deemed community spread. The investigation is complete.
Close contacts in all cases will be quarantined and actively monitored twice daily for fever and respiratory symptoms by public health officials.
