Alliance has been battered not only by railroad layoffs but also, in the wake of the coronavirus, closure of nonessential businesses. Because of these unusual and unpleasant circumstances, the Class of ‘62 has decided to grant $450 to each of the ten applicants for the Class of ‘62 Opportunities grants Grants. 

“The grants are not primarily designed to subsidize tuition, etc. However, we felt at this time amending our criteria to help with expenses was appropriate.” said Dr.&nbsp;Rodney Romig, Grant Committee chair.
