Leadership Box Butte, an exceptional community leadership development program brought to you by the Alliance Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce that applications are now open for its highly anticipated, and revamped, 2025-2026 class. The Chamber has partnered with Box Butte Development Corporation and Western Nebraska Community College Alliance Campus to bring this immersive, 9-month program dedicated to empowering individuals with the skills, knowledge, and connections necessary to become impactful leaders and drive positive change within Box Butte County and beyond.
Building on a rich history of fostering community growth, Leadership Box Butte provides a comprehensive curriculum designed to broaden perspectives and enhance leadership capabilities. The program features nine monthly, morning sessions and an immersive 3-day trip to Lincoln for a legislative session. Each session delves into crucial aspects of leadership, including building community, navigating challenges, integrity, civic engagement, conflict management, and how to build your team.
