Alliance, NE – As part of the ongoing 2nd Street Road and Rehabilitation Project, Hennings Construction will temporarily shut off water service on 2nd Street from East of Howard Street to Cody Avenude on Thursday, July 7, 2026.

The water service interruption will begin at 9:00 a.m. and is expected to last approximately 6 hours while crews complete necessary work related to the project.

Residents and businesses in the affected area are encouraged to plan ahead by storing water for drinking and household use prior to the scheduled shutoff.
