Alliance was subjected to an intense storm Friday evening that included a barrage of hail which caused severe damage to property and vehicles.

Power, as of this writing, is out in certain areas of the city.  Photos submitted to Panhandle Post showed baseball size hail and larger.

Residents are encouraged to monitor Panhandle Post and Eagle Radio stations KCOW and 105-9 Double Q Country.
