Fall is upon us, and snow could come any day. We would like to remind all community members that City Ordinance §16-308, Recreational vehicles; storage, was changed in December 2016 to keep our roadways clear during the winter and make snow removal easier.
We ask residents to help by removing these vehicle types listed below from City streets from November 1 st through March 31.
The following vehicle types are affected by City Ordinance §16-308:
Any motor vehicle or trailer designed and used as a travel trailer, camper, motor home, tent trailer, boat trailer, ATV/UTV trailer, snowmobile trailer, camping trailer, cargo trailer, trailer of any kind, or bus.

We are sending this out a couple of weeks ahead of the deadline to allow people to make appropriate arrangements for their recreational vehicles. Starting November 1 st , officers will enforce this ordinance.
