Alliance – The Alliance Public Library offers Story time on Tuesdays at 10 am and Thursdays at 1 p.m. in the Children’s Room and includes, music, puppets, birthdays and a craft.
January Story Time for ages 3-6 will feature “Wintry Wonderland” on January 4 and 6, “Rubber Duckies” on January 11 and 13, “Winnie the Pooh and Friends” with special guest Jill Keiser, on January 18 and 20 and “Yummy Tummy Warmers” on January 25 and 27.
Youth Book Club for grades 3-6 will share “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” by C.S. Lewis with a book discussion on Tuesday, January 25 at 4:30 p.m. Books are available for check out at the circulation desk with no fee since this is a book kit from the Nebraska Library Commission.
The Alliance Public Library invites youth in grades 3-12 to participate in “May the Force be with You in 2022” from January 3 through February 28.
Entry forms can be completed for any Star Wars book or DVD that is checked out from the Alliance Public Library. One Star Wars prize winner will be drawn from all entries on Monday, February 28 at 3 p.m.
