Alliance, NE – As part of the ongoing 2nd Street Road Rehabilitation Project, water service will be temporarily shut off on 2nd Street from Howard Street to Black Hills Avenue on the morning of Monday, August 3rd. The interruption is expected to last approximately 4 hours.
