A Gering man who managed an Alliance restaurant has entered a plea agreement in his child pornography case.
31-year-old Tanner Blomencamp was recently charged with several felonies.
Blomencamp has entered a plea of “no contest” on one count of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Enticement by Electronic Communication. Both are felonies. The Child Pornography Possession conviction carries a possible punishment that is up to 20 years imprisonment.
According to Box Butte County District Court records, the crimes were committed between December 1, 2024, and February 28, 2025.
Sentencing is scheduled for Wednesday, May 28th at 11:00 am.
Blomencamp was released from the Box Butte County Jail after posting ten thousand dollars cash bond.
