ALLIANCE, Neb. – The City of Alliance would like to inform residents of the upcoming planned power outage for the KCOW Apartment Complex. The outage will be Tuesday, Sept. 16th, and will last until about 1:00 PM. This power outage will affect only KCOW Apartment Complex Utility Customers. We ask that these residents conserve water during this outage.
