OGALLALA, Neb. — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol have conducted alcohol compliance checks in Keith County.
During the afternoon hours of Thursday, March 19, investigators conducted compliance checks at ten businesses. All of the businesses refused to sell alcohol to a minor. All of the businesses checked the minor’s ID.
The businesses included convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and liquor stores. The project is funded (100 percent, $427,899.00) by the Region II Human Services Substance Abuse Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Services Block Grant (1B08TI088119-01) through SAMHSA, contracted through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health.
