The ALLIANCE ARTS COUNCIL announced today that it has been awarded a grant of $8186.00 by the Nebraska Arts Council. This grant will support their upcoming 2026- 2027 Season of Events.
Nebraska Arts Council Executive Director Mike Markey commented, “The Alliance Arts Council contributes a great deal to advancement of the arts in Box Butte County. We commend the work being done by organizations such as the Alliance Arts Council because the arts are important to the education and quality of life for all Nebraskans.”
The Alliance Arts Council season will open on November 13 th with a celebration of the Everly Brothers entitled “The Everly Set”. These two performers have a mission to keep the songs of the Everly Brothers alive for a new generation of music lovers. They will perform the classic hits of the greatest harmony duo of rock n’ roll history.
The Nebraska Arts Council (NAC), a state agency, provides numerous grants, services and special initiatives that help sustain and promote the arts throughout Nebraska.
