ALLIANCE, Neb. - The City of Alliance is committed to your safety and will begin monthly outdoor warning siren tests at noon on Wednesday, March 18th. These tests will continue every third Wednesday at noon through October, providing a reliable schedule for you to remember. Please note that testing will NOT occur when thunderstorms are predicted or occurring in the area, or during freezing weather conditions. If testing is postponed, it will be rescheduled for the next regularly scheduled date and time. There will be no “make-up test.”
Outdoor Warning Sirens are devices used to alert the public who are outdoors to go inside and seek shelter and to provide further information.
