Yadira L. Garza appeared in Box Butte County Court on Wednesday, her counsel filed a Motion for Depositions, and the case was continued to April 24 at 1 pm.
Her counsel also requested for bond to be reduced but that request was denied.
Garza plead not guilty in February on Terroristic Threats and Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony, both Class C Felonies and Obstruction of Government Operations from a standoff with Alliance Police in November.
