SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb.-A manhunt is underway for the suspect in a fatal shooting in Scottsbluff.
Scottsbluff police said the shooting happened at around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers responded to the 1700 block of Avenue Z, where they found a 60-year-old woman who had been shot. Officers and medical personnel attempted to perform life-saving measures but were unable to.
Police have identified a relative of the woman, Davin Darayle Saunders, 38, as the suspect and a manhunt is currently underway.
Saunders is described as an African-American male, 5'11", weighing 205 pounds. Police said Saunders should be considered armed and dangerous. He was reportedly driving a gold Chevrolet Impala which police have recovered.
