The Alliance Recreation Center Board of Directors would like to thank you for your continuing support of Alliance Recreation Center.
This 42nd year of making more possible in our community is also a year of change for Alliance Recreation Center as our Executive Director for the past seven years, Mara Andersen, will be transitioning to pursue other professional opportunities mid-January 2024.
We have formed a Search Committee and are initiating our formal search process for a new Executive Director starting today. It is our hope that our stakeholders can assist us in this important effort by sending any qualified and interested candidates in our direction.
This is an exciting professional opportunity for the right candidate. Please pass along the following information about the Alliance Recreation Center and the search to any colleagues you feel would be good candidates:
· The organization has an annual budget of $600,000 and a staff of 25.
· Alliance Recreation Center’s areas of focus are recreation, community wellness and unification across all age groups and demographics.
· Our strategic goals in the next three years are to expand our facility, address community needs, and build upon our strong foundation.
· We are seeking an individual who will ensure the values of the organization are adhered to, with a strong connection to our mission-driven work.
