An Alliance man faces potentially 50 years in prison and a minimum of three after pleading no contest to possession of child pornography charges from incidents in 2021.

Court documents provided to Panhandle Post indicate that 29-year-old Angello M. Warfield originally had six child pornography charges, for acts with a 15-year-old that occurred in December of 2021 and also in March 2022.

Instead, Warfield pled no contest to one charge of ‘Manufacturing Visual Depiction Sexually Explicit Conduct', a 1D Felony on Oct 10.

His arrest warrant was served on May 22 of this year and was held on $100,000 bond.

Warfield faces sentencing on Monday, Nov 27 at 9:30 a.m. at Box Butte County District Court.
