Alliance, NE – As part of the ongoing 2nd Street Road Rehabilitation Project, Peltz Construction will close Howard Avenue beginning Monday, October 19, 2026 at 8:00 am and ending Friday, October 23rd, 2026.
The closure is necessary to allow crews to complete roadway improvements safely and efficiently. Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes and use caution when traveling near the construction area.
