ALLIANCE, Neb. – Black Hills Energy is teaming up with the Alliance Police Department, Alliance Fire Department and Nebraska Game and Parks for a fishing tournament at Laing Lake.

Friday, May 29 at 10 a.m. is the start time. Hot dogs will be provided, and some great prizes are available to win. Ages 16 and up must have a valid fishing license.
