Nebraska NetFest Volleyball and Pickleball Registration Open

KEARNEY, Neb. — The Nebraska Sports Council has announced that registration is now open for the Nebraska NetFest Volleyball State Championships and the Nebraska NetFest Pickleball Singles and Mixed Doubles Championships.

Both events will take place at the brand-new Kearney Sportsplex in Kearney, Nebraska. The facility features dedicated, high-quality courts for both volleyball and pickleball, including up to 12 hardwood volleyball courts and 4 indoor pickleball courts. With expansive spectator seating, modern amenities, and a mezzanine-level walking track, the Sportsplex is built to deliver a top-tier experience for both athletes and fans.

In 2024, Nebraska NetFest Volleyball State Championships welcomed 53 teams across three divisions, while the Nebraska NetFest Pickleball Singles and Mixed Doubles Championships drew 93 participants across all divisions. Both events aim to grow in size and competition in 2025, with the goal of surpassing last year’s strong turnout.

The Nebraska NetFest Volleyball State Championships registration fees will increase on September 10, with final registration closing on October 3.

The Nebraska NetFest Pickleball Singles and Mixed Doubles Championships fees will increase on September 17, and registration will close on October 1. Entry is limited to 12 participants per division, and an additional fee applies for multiple events.

Athletes are encouraged to register early at NebraskaSportsCouncil.com for both events.

Nebraska NetFest Pickleball and Volleyball is presented by Visit Kearney and hosted by Kearney SportsPlex and the City of Kearney Park and Recreation. Nebraska NetFest is organized by the Nebraska Sports Council, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality competition for amateur athletes of all ages and skill levels while promoting healthy and active lifestyles.
