Patricia Elizabeth Pennington of Gordon, Nebraska, passed away January 16, 2023, at Gordon Memorial Hospital. She was born March 17, 1949, in Denver, Colorado, to Martin and Pauline Mulligan.
Patricia worked at several different jobs during her life, one being for Burlington Northern Railroad for five years. She also worked for Metropolitan Pathology P.C. for fifteen years, was in private security for eight years and then was a personal care provider for ten years before she retired.
For four years she was a volunteer fire fighter for Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department in Pleasant View, Colorado, and volunteered with Clear Creek Historical Park in Golden, Colorado. She enjoyed working in her rose gardens and learning new things. She loved being in the mountains and any time with her family.
She is survived by her son Dwight Pennington Jr. and her granddaughter Elizabeth Kay Pennington.
