TJ Maxx to open in Scottsbluff

FRAMINGHAM, MA – TJ Maxx, the nation’s leading off-price retailer with more than 1,300 stores currently operating in 49 states and Puerto Rico, will open at Monument Mall in Scottsbluff, NE on Sunday, March 16th.
