At 11:07 am today, the Alliance Police Department received a 911 call reporting a motor vehicle accident at 10 th and Emerson.&nbsp; 

All vehicles were traveling westbound on 10 th when a white 2019 Ford Explorer, driven by Sharon Libsack, stopped to allow a pedestrian to cross.&nbsp; A white 2011 Ford Fusion, driven by Kahle OGorman, stopped behind the first vehicle.&nbsp; A third vehicle, a black 2008 GMC Yukon, driven by Aliyah Rabago F/W DOB 7/1/2002, struck the rear of the white Fusion propelling it into the white explorer.&nbsp; 

Witnesses on the scene stated they heard no brakes before the collision.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Rabago was transported from the scene by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.&nbsp; Rabago was cited for Driving Under Revocation.
