HEMINGFORD, Neb. (Aug. 8, 2024) — The Hemingford Street Project is set to begin on Monday, August 12, 2024. The project, undertaken by Eric Reichart Construction, will involve extensive street demolition and paving along Cheyenne Avenue.&nbsp;

Work will commence at the intersection of Cheyenne Avenue and Miles Street, progressing northward to Kearney Street. In addition to the roadwork, crews will also be working on water valve replacements at the intersection of Ord Street and Cheyenne Avenue.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Construction will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily. Residents and businesses are advised to plan their parking arrangements accordingly, as street access may be limited during these hours.&nbsp;
