High Wind Warnings will continue today for areas along and east of the Laramie Range.
Stronger northwesterly winds will begin to pick up shortly after sunrise and continue through the afternoon.
Gusts of 60-70 mph are expected. Winds ease after sunset today, but are expected to pick up again after sunrise Thursday.
A High Wind Watch is in effect for most of the Nebraska Panhandle Thursday.
