Hemingford High School One-Act Play earns State Runner-up

Hemingford High School was named Class C2, State Runner-up, at the NSAA State Play Production Championships. The event was held Thursday at the Johnny Carson Theatre in Norfolk.  The Bobcat team, The C2-6 District Champion,  competed against District Champions... Ravenna,  Hartington-Newcastle,  Creighton,  Elmwood-Murdock and Southern Valley.  

Hartington-Newcastle won the State Title with their performance of  "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum".   Hemingford performed..  "Rosie the Riveter".   For her role as Helen Henley, Hemingford's Sarina Radspinner was named Outstanding Female Performer. 

"Rosie the Riviter" was written by Trey Carlson and  Directed by Tabi Prochazka and Michelle Kluver.  Technical Crew:  Serenity Dillard, Jacob Ferguson.
