This morning, May 9 in the 8 a.m. hour the Alliance Police Department investigated a two-vehicle accident near the area of Subway in Alliance.
"During the course of the accident investigation it was determined that after the initial collision between the two vehicles, a secondary collision occurred when one of the vehicles drove into the outdoor pavilion located on Subway property," said Alliance Police Sergeant David LaDuke. "This secondary collision caused property damage."
LaDuke told Panhandle Post that one of the drivers involved in the accident was transported to Box Butte General Hospital with suspected minor injuries sustained from the accident.
The two vehicles involved were both towed from the scene by Red Beard Garage.
LaDuke said, one of the drivers involved in this accident received citations for Failure to Yield as well as Operator's License Required.
