&nbsp;The Chadron Public Library adult winter reading challenge, "Snow Is Falling, Books Are Calling", will kick-off Jan. 31.

"A hot cocoa bar will be open all day and patrons will be able to enroll in the program," Chadron Public Library Director Rossella Tesch said. "There will be prizes and activities for adults. The challenge will continue until March 19, with winners announced on March 21. Patrons need a valid CPL card in order to participate."

During the months of February and March, the library will offer a series of activities and games for adults.
