A Dawes County man has been found dead.
On Jan. 1 at approximately 1 p.m. the Dawes County Sheriff's Office was contacted to investigate the death of 65 year-old Craig LaFontsee.
LaFontsee was found deceased by a friend and neighbor. They tried to contact him prior to contacting law enforcement, but were unsuccessful.
"After a review of evidence at the scene, witness interviews, a review of medical history, interviews with medical personnel...it was determined that Mr. LaFontsee died of natural causes," said Vance Haug, Dawes County Attorney/Coroner.
