On May 27 at approximately 4 p.m. the Chadron Police Department and Dawes County Attorney/Coroner investigated the death of 63 year-old Paul Howard.&nbsp;

Howard was at work and stepped outside to move a vehicle. He never returned to work.&nbsp;

A co-worker went outside to check on Howard and found him&nbsp;unresponsive.&nbsp;

"After an investigation of the scene, witness interviews and consultation with emergency medical personnel, it was determined that Mr. Howard died of natural causes,"&nbsp;Dawes County Attorney/Coroner Vance Haug said.&nbsp;
