Officers responded to 1623 5th Avenue in reference to a 911 hangup call. After investigation, Kyle Wright, 29, and Stephanie Beltran, 28, both of Scottsbluff were arrested for domestic assault. They were each placed in handcuffs that were checked for fit and double locked. They were transported to the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center where they were received by jailors on duty.

Scottsbluff Police Department, Scottsbluff Fire Department, and Valley Ambulance were dispatched to an injury accident in the intersection of 5th Avenue and East 20th Street. Investigation revealed that a car was northbound on 5th Avenue and an SUV was eastbound on East 20th Street.
The car violated a red light at the intersection and struck the passenger side of the SUV. This caused the SUV to roll ¾ and ended up on its side.
Valerie Robles, 71 of Scottsbluff was cited for a traffic light violation and no seat belt.
