We are living in really stressful times. Grief is a part of our lives but sometimes it can feel unbearable. Understanding the process is helpful. This session can help.

A free 45-minute virtual group presentation on grief with the opportunity to ask questions, find resources, and visit one-to-one privately with a crisis counselor if needed. Anyone is welcome to join.

Seger is a Chadron minister, serves as the Hospice Chaplain at Chadron Community Hospital, and is adjunct faculty at Chadron State College with disciplines in death and dying. He has a private counseling practice and is a FEMA trained crisis responder.
