* WHERE...Converse County Lower Elevations, Niobrara, North Sioux, South Sioux, Dawes, and Box Butte Counties. This includes Alliance, Chadron, Douglas, Glenrock, and Lusk.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM MST Tuesday morning.
