Highway 2 Threads recently donated to various Alliance non-profit organizations.

The donations came from their early bird tickets citizens purchased from their grand opening held on Sept. 11.

"This community is so amazing," Highway 2 Threads Owner Elizabeth Fritzler said. "I’m so grateful to be able to give back to the community that supports us so well. My goal is to continue doing events similar to our grand opening so we can continue to support our community and local non-profits. I really appreciate all the work all of these non-profits put into helping all the people and pets of our community. They are some of the most hard working, loving people. And anything I can do to help make their job easier, I’m there."

Highway 2 Threads donated $500 each to Providing Animals With Shelter (P.A.W.S.) and Community Table.

"Highway 2 Threads very graciously donated part of their proceeds from their grand opening celebrations to Community Table," Whitney Baldwin said. "Thank you so much for thinking of us, your donation will go a long way helping us in feeding our community."

The business will be donating to Jane's Closet as well.
