The Nebraska GOP county delegate registration process has changed
The Nebraska Republican Party (NEGOP) has opened delegate registration for 2026 County and State Conventions. Any registered Republican can do so until March 1, 2026. The process no longer requires anyone wishing to be a delegate to file with the county clerk’s office. They now have to file directly with the NEGOP.
Registered Republicans can do so by going to the NEGOP website: https://ne.gop (or just Google NEGOP, and click on the official website link given). Click on the hotlink on the home page titled: County Conventions, then scroll down to the Delegate Registration subheading and follow the instructions. You can directly register at the link provided or choose the alternate registration options of requesting a form by mail or by calling the NEGOP and registering over the phone. Also new this year is a $5.00 registration fee.
