ALLIANCE, Neb. – The City of Alliance Parks Division will be winterizing public restrooms beginning this week to avoid damage from freezing winter temperatures. The restrooms at 3rd and Box Butte Mini Park, in Central Park and at Laing Lake will be closed for the winter starting this week.
