ALLIANCE, Neb. – Fire Chief Shoemaker successfully graduated from the Fire Service Chief Executive Officer (FSCEO) Program, a partnership between the TEEX Emergency Services Training Institute and the Texas A&M Mays Business School, on Friday, Aug. 29.
The highly exclusive and competitive, week-long program is designed specifically for fire service executives. It focuses on advanced leadership, strategic management and decision-making. Graduates earn the prestigious FSCEO designation and join a network of accomplished fire service leaders across the nation.
Chief Shoemaker’s accomplishment, a testament to his unwavering commitment to professional development, highlights his dedication to leading the Alliance Fire Department with excellence.
