Araseli Figueroa, Female Hispanic, 15 years of age

Last Seen:&nbsp;Westbound on East 3rd Street from the 1300 block of East 3rd at 7:15pm on July 22nd.

 Distinguishing Features:&nbsp;Pierced ears

 No known locations she may be enroute to. Araseli has never run away before and this is not normal behavior for her. She DOES NOT have her cell phone with her; it was left at the residence. Araseli has been entered into NCIC as a missing person.
