ALLIANCE, Neb. - Alliance Cemetery Staff would like to inform the public that cemetery cleanup activities will take place by the Monday following Memorial Day to prepare the grounds for summer mowing and seasonal maintenance. As part of this annual cleanup, items left on graves that may interfere with maintenance operations will be removed to allow for safe and efficient upkeep of the cemetery grounds.
Families wishing to retain personal or sentimental items are encouraged to remove them prior to the Monday, June 1, 2026, following Memorial Day. Staff may hold certain items that remain in good condition for a short period of time. However, those items will eventually be disposed of if unclaimed.
