All Day - Buckskinners primitive camp, open to visitors (3 Miles East, ~8 miles south from Museum of the Fur Trade)

10:30 a.m. - Story Time, Crafts, bread and jerky, and a movie (ages 3-9) (Chadron Public Library, Fifth & Bordeaux)

6-9 p.m. - Bands on Bordeaux - Devon Worley Band (First Street, between Main & Bordeaux streets)

9 p.m. - Midnight - Alexa Winston, (Downtown Plaza, Second & Main streets)

Noon - Sidewalk Chalk Contest, (Chadron Public Library, Fifth & Bordeaux)

12:30 p.m. - Black Hills Raptor Center (Dawes County Courthouse Lawn)

12:30 p.m. - Puzzle Pieces: Chadron’s Historical Scavenger Hunt, sponsored by Discover Northwest Nebraska, Chadron Chamber of Commerce, and the Mari Sandoz High Plains Heritage Center (Downtown Plaza, Second and Main streets)

12:30 p.m. - CSC Football Talon Club Golf Tournament (Four-man, $400/team, contact Micah Smith @ 308-432-6081 or [email protected])

2 p.m. - The String Beans, family friendly music (Dawes County Courthouse Lawn)

7:30 a.m. - Rotary Colter Run, 2-mile, 5k, 10k (CSC Nelson Physical Activity Center) must register online by 10 p.m. July 8, or in-person from 6:30-7:29 a.m. July 9

8 a.m. - Traders' Market Opens (Dawes County Courthouse Lawn)

8 a.m. - Noon - Chadron Masonic Lodge Pancake Breakfast (Fourth and Main streets)

8 a.m. - Classics in the Park Car Show Registration (Wilson Park, Eighth and Morehead streets)

9:15 - 9:40 a.m. - Parade of Historic Fur Trade Flags (400 Block of Main Street)
