LINCOLN, Neb.&nbsp;– Today, the Judicial Nominating Commission for District Court Judge in the Fourth Judicial District advanced four names for consideration by Governor Jim Pillen: Michael W. Jensen, Richard P. McGowan, David M. Wear and Patrick R. Runge. All four reside in Omaha.

The Fourth Judicial District consists of Douglas County. The vacancy is due to the retirement of Judge Leigh Ann Retelsdorf.&nbsp;&nbsp;
