GERING, Neb. – Musician David Boye is scheduled to visit Scotts Bluff National Monument on Wednesday, August 13 at 7 p.m. in the amphitheater behind the Monument Visitor Center for a performance of music inspired by our national parks.
Our national parks and monuments offer unmatched opportunities to hear the natural soundscapes and grandeur of the West.
Attendees can experience the wonders of the National Park System translated into music by the acoustic guitar of David Boye. The composer and musician from Lincoln, Nebraska will be performing pieces from his artist-in-residence compositions and sharing the impressions of writers and artists who have long been inspired by the vistas of Scotts Bluff National Monument and wilderness areas throughout the country.
This presentation is made possible through the generous support of Black Hills Parks and Forests Association, the official non-profit partner of Scotts Bluff National Monument.
