Alliance Public Library “Unearth a Story” Summer Reading Program

ALLIANCE, Neb. – Join in Jurassic Park adventures at Alliance Public Library with “Unearth A Story” Summer Reading 2026! Registration begins on Monday, May 18 and continues through the program with reading goals, special events, prizes and more for ages 3 and over. Featuring archeology, paleontology, fossils, dinosaurs and more, come unearth many exciting adventures at the Library!

This program will run May 26-June 26. The first week of events includes Dino-Mite Robotics with 4-H for grades 3 and over on Tuesday, May 26 at 10 am, Adventure Book Club for grades 3-5 on Tuesday, May 26 at 4:30 pm and Dino-Mite Art at Carnegie Arts Center for grades K-8 on Wednesday, May 27 at 10 am. Please sign up in advance for these events, with limited space for the Robotics and Art events.

Tuesday through Friday of the first week, Dino-Mite Movies will be shown in the Jurassic Park Theater inside the Library, with starting times of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
