Alliance, NE – Nebraska's Choice Gas Selection Period is set to run from April 4th through April 24th. This program allows natural gas customers to choose their gas supplier and pricing option for the upcoming gas year.
The City of Alliance encourages you to make a choice to lock in your lower rate, because the default rates can run anywhere from 33% to 80% higher, which can result in hundreds of dollars more for your gas bill over a year.
While there are several participating suppliers this year, the City encourages residents to Choose ACE, because ACE is the only community-owned supplier in the program. ACE returns money to its member communities and has returned more than $284,000 to Alliance for community betterment. To view all participating suppliers, please visit www.choicegas.com.
