An Alliance man remains in custody in the Box Butte County Jail after being charged with Sexual Assault of a Child and Incest.
50-year-old Terry Grant was arrested on May 22 following a complaint filed with the Alliance Police Department from the child’s family members.
District Court records state that during a police interrogation, Grant confessed to the sexual assault of the female child, who is under 16 years of age.
Grant appeared in Box Butte County District Court June 24th and entered a plea of Not Guilty.
District Judge Travis O'Gorman set a status hearing for August 14th.
