ALLIANCE, Neb. –&nbsp; Panhandle Tree Service will begin to clear tree growth from around the power lines, streetlight wires, Spectrum/Allo lines and alley widening the first week of March. They will be working in both the alleys and streets. They will start working on Black Hills Avenue going from 1st to 10th Street, proceeding to the railroad tracks. When finished in that area, they will start on Flack Avenue, going from 10th to 18th Street, proceeding West.
