Scottsbluff, Neb. -&nbsp;The closure of the northbound Broadway bridge began at 7 a.m. this morning.&nbsp; The closure is expected to last 4-5 weeks, there will be a soft closure at Country Club Road so the businesses can all be accessed, with the hard close being at Matheson (Linweld) intersection. 

 People needing to access Nemnich Auto will need to use the Matheson turn and use the frontage road on the east side.  The detour route will be Country Club Road west to Five Rocks Road, or Country Club Road east to 7th street, then south to U street, east to 21st avenue.  The detour route will be marked with signage. The southbound bridge will remain open during this construction.
