Author, UNO undergraduate and 2020 District 3 Congressional candidate Larry Bolinger of Alliance is challenging incumbent Doug Peterson for the Nebraska Attorney General seat.
Bolinger has support of the newly formed party in Nebraska called the Legalize Marijuana Now Party.
Bolinger plans to focus his campaign on law reform, reduce penalties for victimless crimes, removing truancy as a status offense, expanding drug courts to help reduce recidivism and legalization of marijuana.
