Our beloved, Richard L Spencer, stepped into Heaven on Monday, December 12, 2022.

We celebrate because he is no longer in pain, but grieve because he will be deeply missed.

A service to honor Rick's life will be held on January 16, 2023 at 2:00 pm at The Rock Church in Scottsbluff.
